MODEL C……....MODEL O……....MODEL Z……....MODEL QS Intek Corporation offers a wide variety of fully assembled heater designs and sizes for use in many industrial and commercial applications. Examples include space heating, drying ovens, curing ovens, baking ovens, cooking ovens, screen print dryers. Intek’s patented element design offers temperature outputs in the practical far infrared range of 3.4 to 8 microns (approximate temperature equivalent 1200° F - 100°F) to successfully address most industrial and commercial applications. Intek's heaters come in all sizes ranging from 5" x 9" to 12" x 60" and can be ganged together to create even larger heating surfaces. Each Intek heater is designed to last - with 20 ga. steel housings - some are painted with a durable and attractive powder coat finish, others are made with aluminized steel which requires no painting. Each unit is fully insulated and electrical hook-up is easy; they are easy to install. Model O comes with built-in pre-drilled mounting brackets. Model Z is built with UL components and includes a separate junction box for easy wiring. The simple radiant energy produced by the patented Intek element is safe and is transferred by invisible waves, which upon reaching the object to be heated, are absorbed and converted to useable heat energy. Intek’s patented flat panel heaters do not use fans, glass tubes, or metal rods in their designs and reflectors, common in some designs, are not required. Intek can provide heaters with custom dimensions, wattage and voltage configurations. |
